We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator/Truck Driver to join our construction team. Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, and horizontal drilling machinery across multiple construction sites.
• Drive and manage dump trucks, tanker trucks, and other commercial vehicles to transport materials and equipment efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on all machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Assist with site preparation, grading, paving, and other construction activities by operating appropriate machinery such as graders and pavers.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks, manage logistics, and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, inspections, and operational logs for accountability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators (including Caterpillar models), dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, and horizontal drilling machines.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on heavy machinery.
• Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Ability to operate dump trucks, tanker trucks, graders, water trucks, and other specialized construction vehicles confidently.
• Strong understanding of construction processes including paving and horizontal drilling techniques.
